  • Processing Times:
    • Standard Processing: If all items in your order are in stock, we typically ship orders within 4 business days. In many cases, we strive to ship even sooner.
    • Out-of-Stock Items: If some items in your order are temporarily out of stock, shipping may be delayed by up to one week. We do our best to keep stock information current and may contact you regarding such delays.
    • Peak Periods: During peak times, such as new product releases, major promotional events, and public holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year), please allow a few extra business days for order processing. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to fulfill all orders.
  • Post-Shipment Notice: Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in the hands of the logistics carrier (e.g., post office, courier company), we no longer have direct control over its specific transit route or delivery speed. However, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

II. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times (from date of dispatch):
    • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.
    • FedEx Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days.
    • FedEx Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery Delay Notice: Please understand that during busy shipping periods (especially around holidays), logistics providers may experience delays beyond the standard estimated delivery timeframes. If your order experiences such a delay, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 5-10 business days for delivery before contacting our customer service team. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

III. International Shipping

  • Shipping Coverage & Restrictions:
    • We strive to serve customers globally and ship to virtually any address worldwide. However, some specific products may have shipping restrictions to certain destinations due to regulations or logistical limitations.

  • Our Warehouses: We operate warehouses in both the United States and China. To ensure your order is delivered as efficiently as possible, we will select the optimal warehouse for dispatch based on your delivery address, item availability, and operational considerations.
  • International Transit Times (from date of dispatch):
    • Shipping from our US warehouse: Delivery to international destinations typically takes approximately 14 business days.
    • Shipping from our China warehouse: Delivery to international destinations also typically takes approximately 14 business days.
    • Important Note: The international transit times mentioned above are average estimates and for reference only. Actual delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination country/region, customs clearance processes, local postal or courier service efficiency, weather conditions, and other unforeseen factors.

IV. Order Tracking

  • Full Tracking Service: All orders come with a comprehensive logistics tracking service, allowing you to monitor your package’s status at any time.
  • Receiving Tracking Information: Once your order is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the tracking Msite.
  • Tracking Information Update Delay: Please note that after your package has been dispatched, it typically takes 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be activated and updated by the carrier’s system. If you do not see immediate updates, please allow for this processing time.

V. Important Notes & Disclaimers

  • Definition of “Business Days”: All references to “days” or “business days” in this policy refer to statutory working days (typically Monday through Friday) and exclude weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and public holidays in both the origin and destination countries/regions.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders): For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT/GST), or other related fees upon arrival in the destination country/region, as determined by local customs authorities. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (you). Slick Case is not responsible for these fees, nor can we predict their specific amounts. We strongly advise you to contact your local customs office for detailed information on import policies and potential charges before placing your order.
  • Accuracy of Shipping Address: To ensure the smooth and timely delivery of your order, please provide a clear, complete, and accurate shipping address at checkout (including full recipient name, detailed street address, city, state/province, postal/zip code, and a valid contact phone number). Slick Case is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, returns, or additional charges (such as redelivery fees) resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address information provided by the recipient.
  • Logistics Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is formally handed over to the logistics carrier for shipment, any in-transit delays, minor external package damage, or (in rare cases) loss, becomes the primary responsibility of the carrier. Slick Case will actively assist you in tracking your package and liaising with the carrier if issues arise, but please understand that we do not have direct control over the carrier’s operational procedures or unforeseen in-transit events.
